EXPLORE THE PARK
Visitor Services
We provide information and services to help visitors access and explore Washington Park with ease and confidence. We strive to create an accessible, inclusive experience for all. Our job is to ensure visitors know how to get here, know how to get around, and have everything they need to connect with the culture, diversity, and wonder of nature in Portland’s premier Park.
Washington Park Visitor Services Info
Every summer, we hire a brilliant team of customer service experts to help visitors make the most of their time in Washington Park. You’ll spot them at our Info Booths, aboard the Free Shuttle, at offsite parking locations, and throughout the main lots near the Oregon Zoo and World Forestry Center.
Whether you need directions, a trail recommendation, a map, a dog treat, event info, or a custom itinerary, they’re here to make your visit easier, smoother, and more fun. Many members of the team are multilingual and ready to assist visitors from around the world.
This summer, the team has created Explorer’s Bingo — a free, family-friendly scavenger hunt designed to help you discover more of the Park! Pick up a Bingo card at any Info Booth, search for the featured items throughout the Park, then return your completed card to earn an exclusive Washington Park sticker.
Start your adventure at any Info Booth and let our team help you explore the Park like a local.
✳ Fun Fact
