Begin your visit with an evening stroll through the International Rose Test Garden, where softer light and fewer crowds create a calm, unhurried atmosphere. Wander the pathways, take in the changing colors, and pause at viewpoints as the sun begins to dip.

From there, continue downhill toward the Washington Park Reservoir and settle in along the open pathways. As the sun sets behind the trees and city skyline, the light shifts across the water and surrounding hills, offering one of the Park’s simplest and most peaceful ways to end the day.
